How we do new roof installation
The scope, plainly: deck prep, ice-and-water membrane, synthetic underlayment, metal edge, valley detail, penetration flashing, field shingle and a balanced ridge-to-soffit ventilation plan.
Everything gets installed to manufacturer specification, because that's what keeps the material warranty valid. Shortcuts on nailing pattern or underlayment void coverage, and the homeowner is the one who finds out years later.

What happens to my yard and landscaping?
We tarp what needs tarping, keep debris out of the beds, and run a magnet over the yard and driveway before we leave. Nails in a tire is the fastest way to lose a customer.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the roof work. We'd like you there at the walkthrough at the end so we can go over what we did and you can look at it with us.
How far out do you travel?
