What tells us it's time for wind damage repair
- Shingles lifted but still attached
- Creases running horizontally across shingles
- Ridge cap displaced
- Rake edge or drip edge pulled loose
- Shingles from your roof in the yard
What the work actually involves
Here's what goes into it - check the seal strip slope by slope, look for creasing at the nail line, reset or replace lifted courses, re-secure ridge cap, rake edge and flashing that wind worked loose.
We photograph the work as it goes so you can see the layers that end up hidden. The parts you can't see after the last shingle goes on are the parts that decide how long the roof lasts.

Wind Damage Roof Repair questions
What happens to my yard and landscaping?
We tarp what needs tarping, keep debris out of the beds, and run a magnet over the yard and driveway before we leave. Nails in a tire is the fastest way to lose a customer.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the roof work. We'd like you there at the walkthrough at the end so we can go over what we did and you can look at it with us.
How far out do you travel?
The whole St. Louis metro on both sides of the river, from St. Charles County out to Jefferson County and across into Madison and St. Clair County in Illinois. Offices in Maryland Heights, Chesterfield, Festus and Edwardsville.
What warranty comes with it?
A lifetime workmanship warranty from us, plus whatever the manufacturer covers on the materials. Being an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor lets us write their stronger system warranties, which most contractors can't.
How do I know the damage is real and not a sales pitch?
You get the photographs. Every slope, with the problems circled. Take them to another contractor if you want a second opinion - we'd rather you were sure.
