During a free inspection, we mark and photograph any hits or creased tabs on each slope. If the damage supports a claim, we can meet the adjuster at your home. If it does not, we will say so plainly. More on that process is on our insurance claims page.

Timing matters with claims. Most policies set a window for reporting storm damage, and small problems left alone can turn into interior water damage that is harder to sort out with an adjuster.
