This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block that with any standard browser setting or extension.
What we collect
What you type into a form: name, phone, email, address and your description of the problem. That reaches John Beal Roofing by email and is used to schedule and quote your work.
Analytics collects aggregate visit data - pages, referrer, general location, device type. Not personally identifying.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
To have your information removed from our records, call (314) 429-6000 and ask. We'll do it.
Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics sets a cookie to tell repeat visits from new ones. That's the extent of tracking on this site. There's no advertising pixel selling your visit to a data broker.
Browser settings and standard blockers stop it. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.
How long we keep things
Lead information stays in our system as long as we're working with you, plus the record-retention period for the job itself. Warranty claims can arrive years later, so job records are kept.
If you contacted us and never became a customer, ask and we'll delete the record.
Children and third parties
This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
We share your details with no one outside John Beal Roofing except where a supplier needs a delivery address for your materials.
