How much does a new roof cost in St. Louis?
Size, pitch, layers and deck condition drive it. We give a written number after a free inspection instead of guessing on the phone.
Will insurance cover my roof?
Dated storm damage, usually. Age and wear, no. We document it either way and tell you which you have.
Should I repair or replace?
Depends on age, layer count and whether the failure is isolated or across the field. We'll say which in writing.
How long does it take?
One day for most houses in this metro, two for larger or cut-up roofs.
Do you answer at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, by a person who can dispatch a crew.
What warranty do I get?
Lifetime workmanship from us plus the manufacturer's material coverage.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed, insured and bonded, with certificates sent before the crew arrives.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Our crews are employees.

About cost, specifically
The honest answer is that roof size, pitch, layer count, deck condition, penetrations and material line all move the number, and any contractor quoting before seeing the roof is guessing or planning to change it later.
What we can promise: a free inspection, a written itemized number, and a price that holds unless we open the deck and find rot - which we'd show you before touching.
About insurance
Insurance covers sudden damage from a dated event. It does not cover age, wear or deferred maintenance. Filing a claim on a worn-out roof usually ends in a denial and a claim on your record.
We'll tell you which you have after we look at it, and document it either way.
About timing
Spring and early summer are the busiest because that's when hail arrives. Fall is generally the easiest time to schedule non-urgent work.
Cold weather roofing is possible with the right materials and hand-sealing, but there are days we won't install because the shingles won't seal properly. We'll say so rather than rushing it.
