Fall protection and safety training is not optional here. If a crew lead is casual about harnesses, that crew lead doesn't work for us long.
Sales and estimating
We need people who can get on a roof, read what's actually happening, and tell a homeowner the truth - including when the truth is that they don't need a new roof yet.
The pitch-heavy storm-chaser approach doesn't work at a company that has to live in this market next year.
Office and claims
Scheduling, permits, supplier coordination and insurance claims support. Storm season means a phone that rings constantly and homeowners who are stressed.
